Since 1985, the South Australian Junior Heifer Expo has engaged over 5,000 local, interstate and international participants aged 8 to 24, establishing itself as one of Australia’s most respected youth development events within the beef industry.

Our aim is to educate, inspire and connect young people to the Australian beef industry through a unique, hands-on and industry-led program that continues to evolve with the sector.
